Feasibility – the foundations of any construction project
Key to our philosophies of ‘Design and Build’ and ‘Concept to Completion’, the feasibility study is where we really get to grips with the details of what you want to do. We’ll listen carefully to what you have in mind and we’ll bring a professional analysis to how best to achieve your goals. Sometimes plans may need adjusting and very occasionally a feasibility study may indicate that the project isn’t going to work – and that’s why it’s worth taking this stage seriously. Doing it properly will help you save time, effort and money.
We can usually complete your feasibility study within a few working days – significantly more quickly than the equivalent pre-application advice when requested of the local authority.

A feasibility study also provides the opportunity to improve on initial ideas. This could be something fairly obvious, such as physical obstacles to progress, or the fact that our experience of Planning Regulations indicates adapting early designs will avoid regulatory restrictions or delays. Sometimes, a more detailed concept design service is helpful, especially when several options are possible. This can include computer based 3D modelling as well as drawings and calculations.
