Visualising your ideas
Even with clear ideas it can be hard to get them down on paper or work through all the possible options available that will lead to the end product. This is where our 3D modelling comes into its own. It enables us to first of all create virtual 3D models, and then to explore how these might be best adapted for a successful project.

Using Building Information Modelling software, a wide range of visuals can be employed to explore your ideas and help us look in detail at some of the more technical aspects of the work. The visual aids vary considerably, from layout plans and photorealistic presentations, to photographic compositions and interactive 3D modelling – each chosen for its effectiveness in bringing clarity and understanding to what is very much a shared process. The ‘virtual’ nature of some of our visual aids means that it is possible to explore alternative solutions with relative ease – this is a powerful tool where discussions have thrown up new ideas.
