Our philosophy is to add value at every step. Of course, this includes doing away with avoidable costs, but it also means we approach each project without preconceptions, finding ways to maximise benefits to our clients every time. In fact, this was a fundamental requirement when the company was formed in 2007. Our founder noticed a gap in the industry, where many small to medium sized projects suffered from poor communication between architects, Planners, engineers and site teams.
The solution? What if all those teams were in the same company? This is sometimes seen in the industrial and infrastructure context, but is still rare for small and medium sized projects and it is one of the things about Everard that makes the difference. So, this was the foundation of Everard: a fully integrated business with easy communication between specialisms: a one-stop shop for all construction needs.
